Last night I organized a b-day dinner for my friend Carrie in the Charlie Brown Cafe. I want to share my experience with u.
The Charlie Brown Cafe has no table reservation service and not allow us to eat outside food / cakes. They have self-made b-day cakes (2-day advanced order is required). For ordinary fruit cake, $130/lb. For ordinary cheese cake, $150/lb. With Snoopy characters' heads, $180/lb.
On Wednesday I went to Mong Kok for gym, so I ordered a chocolate cake ($150) and paid in advanced. Then, they allowed us to booked a table.
For 1 lb cake, they will reserve 4 seats for u. For 2 lb cake, maximum 8 seats.
If u want to write some words on the cake, they can serve u free-of-charge.
The average price of spending in the cafe per head is around $60 (a drink $20 + a dish $40).
The cafe has no drinking water supply.

marty : 我兩樣都要呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(此時,成個marty彈左起身,撲左埋去priscilla張桌子度,一手拍落去,然後目露兇光地望住我倆........)當時俾佢咁樣嚇一嚇,腦入面一片空白..................是的,已經忘記了marty phy+bio o既身份................XD

Charlie Brown Cafe
I went to this cafe this afternoon and stayed there for one hour to read a magazine. This is a cafe run by RM Enterprises (BVI) Ltd., the licensing agency for Snoopy in Asia. Its style is a bit similar to the Snoopy Place in Singapore. I took some photos (since I went on my own, no one was my "photographer"). I ordered a sandwich and a cold chocolate. It cost me $51, which is a little bit expensive for me but I think this price is reasonable in such a busy area. The cafe is quiet and u can stay for an afternoon with your friends and lover. Also it is a place nice to take photos with Peanuts characters. I strongly recommend us to have our next gathering here so that u can take the pictures for me, hahaha!

The Most Important Day in my life
The most important day in my life so far is the day when I first donated blood to the Hong Kong Red Cross six years ago. I remember the weather was very cold but I was very warm.
When I was a Form Seven student, my school organized a blood donation activity inside the school hall. I was attracted by the promotion banners and posters "Don't hesitate!" outside the hall and so I went inside with my classmates. I was so excited because it proved that I am an adult – only people that are 18 years old or above are eligible for donating blood. Actually, student donors account for over 20% of Blood Transfusion Service's annual blood collection and youth education is important for the future expansion of the donor base.
The nurse was very nice. She first checked my body temperature, my blood pressure, my red blood cell level and asked for my personal health record. This step was essential to ensure that the blood was not affected by AIDS or other diseases. Next, she brought me to a bed. After setting the devices, a needle was injected and I could see my blood flowing out from my body into the bag. I felt like not just donating my blood but also giving out hope to those staying in the hospitals suffering from pain.
The whole process was around ten minutes. Then another nurse gave me refreshment and I took a rest before going back to my classroom. I was given a badge as a souvenir. I was so happy that I showed off my badge to my classmates. I was very pound for being a life saver.
I think donating blood is a special, meaningful and interesting activity. Life is precious. It is not only a way to check your blood type, but also a way to share and care. It is a fortune if you can give – that means you are satisfied and enough. I opened my eye and my mind through this activity.
Next time when you pass through a blood donation centre, you should visit it and you can experience my happiness.

時代不同，世界變了。近來聽未婚男士說最多的一句話是：「無得傾，家庭一定排第一。」說的「家庭」，是本身的家庭，是父母提供的家庭，不是那個他日後與愛侶合作建立的「家」。
當然，這些男士都來自溫暖健全的家，父母關愛有加，少時家教甚嚴，於是造就一批女友帶回家，家長必定滿意得笑哈哈的好男人。
家教好，家庭關係水乳交融，求偶便並不深切---除了反叛少年期受荷爾蒙教唆外，即使有了女友，雙方感情穩定，所有大時大節，男人還是選擇回家，和自己的雙親共度，為什麼不把女友帶回家？因為她一天未過門，一天也只是「人家」的，不是家人，女友要是得不到父母歡心，最好速逃，另覓前途。
這類男人，又幾乎都受過優質教育，事業心不算特別重，但仍覺得必須全力以赴，是盡展個人潛能，也為報答父母養育之恩，於是我問：「事業排第幾？」大家幾乎是同時搶答，當然是第二！不作他想、毫無掙扎、理所當然。
那麼，那麼女朋友呢？男士們猶豫一下：「……第四吧！」我噤聲不敢再問，那麼健康呢？自由呢？友情呢？恐怕那一眾女友的排名跌到谷底。
赫然發現這已不是推崇愛情第一的世代，愛情誠可貴，自由價更高。要是有什麼天災人禍、不測風雲，始終還是父母的那個家最安全最好---這是其中一個現代人遲婚的原因---問卷調查卻總是問是否因經濟不足置業、不打算生孩子等等等等……

Miss Wong 是我中四和中五的班主任。
因為我是家中最大的女兒，所以很容易對一些比我年長十年以內，
我中七那年，有個對我十分信任的中五師妹，覺得自己應該會考都只得幾分升不到中六要出來工作，加上臨考會考前一星期一個家人突然嚴重急病入院（尊重我師妹家人的私隱，所以不多說），所以打算缺席會考所有科目專心照顧家人。師妹第一個是告訴我，但又覺得這樣會對不住某科她喜愛（雖然成績差）的老師兼班主任，便回校打算負責任地向班主交代一聲。
那位班主正是Miss
Wong。
班主知道後，用心勸師妹不要未上戰場就放棄。雖然院方不准外人去探，但因為當時她的妹妹是護士（不在那醫院做），對這個病有些認識，所以非常熱心去幫師妹找有關那病的資料，令師妹明白那病的資料，安心了好多。講真，她那時不是輔導組，而且我師妹不是精英班，大可不理我師妹，但我親愛的前班主都盡所能去幫和鼓勵我師妹，所以我師妹最終都有去考會考，還拿了1x 分。雖然師妹的家人最終去世，師妹也沒能升上原校中六要去外校，畢業後又因為私事從沒有回來探老師，但我知道師妹一定好感激老師所做的事情，那怕在外人眼中只是微小的一件事。

Is the picture taken recently? I recognize everyone in it although not able to tell the names. You are probably the one in blue tee? Whoever she is, i would say she just looks the same as i remember. How come! I think the unconventional spelling of "see" instead of "sze" makes your name easy to remember and your manuscripts, i mean you write big and clear letters, am I correct? Wai, tell me the names of your friends. I'm sure i can recall something about them.
I left teaching after an innocent year in STGSS. Have been staggering for a couple of years in the printed media and then settled down at TELA till now. So Form 3D is kind of unique memory to me. I have always been amazed to meet such a class of students and you should know how i mean it now that you are also a teacher. It's too good to be true, isn't it? As far as i can remember, i met 3 or 4 of my students after i left STGSS and oh, i see Fong Kin Yee once or twice at my office when she came for a report on the Broadcasting Authority. Then i heard about Yiu Hong in some kind of student activities in the university/polytechnics.
Don't know how students are nowadays. Are the Band 1s as good as it was? You haven't said but if your master degree is in education, bet you are quite happy with your job and will carry on? Hm, you all owe me a thank you for not continuing to be your teacher after Form Three - the biggest charity i've done probably, ha!

My Maths class has 2Cs... the second best passing rate among all 7 subjects...
Ah Fung, Anna, Hiu-tung: Kung Hei Kung Hei! But you need to study hard in this 2 years... especially Hiu-tung, you choose Maths and Stat and you will die in my hand! Haha.
Ah Wan: Are u better now? Keep me info on your progress in searching Australia schools.
Siu-yuen and Ho-shan: I hope you can find a Form 6 place soon.
Ellen and Hiu-wah: Wish you well.

Counselling Classmates Part 1
I have a gathering with my Master classmates today.
You can't imagine that 18 classmates gather in a 700 square feet house - even Angela and John come!!
I made a fruit salad (apples in salty water + coconut + corn + red grapes + red beans) for them, but it was not as "good selling" as Sunny's shrimp salad! (I have to admit that my Home Economics is very poor...)
The high climax tonight is Agnes' Chinese dancing. She even teaches me how to "para para".
Ho Ping-gun: I did not jump into the pool but you still moved the swing that I sat on. I got heavily wet. I will remember u! You owe me a hiking tour, hehehe.
